Luke 16:10–12 — “Whoever is faithful in very little is faithful also in much…”
Faithfulness is not measured only in the big, dramatic moments of life. Jesus reminds us that it is in the little things—the everyday choices of trust, gratitude, and generosity—that our true loyalty to God is revealed. To be faithful in everything means learning to see our lives, our resources, and our gifts as entrusted to us by God, and then living in a way that honors that trust.
This October, our congregation will enter a season of prayer, reflection, and teaching on stewardship under the theme “Faithful in Everything.” Over four weeks, we will explore what it means to be faithful stewards of all God has given us. Each week, we will focus on a different dimension of faithful living:
The goal of this season is not simply to raise money—it is to raise disciples. Giving is an act of worship and a response of faith. Our financial gifts fuel the ministry of the church, but they also shape our hearts, drawing us closer to God and aligning us with God’s purposes.
This journey will lead us to Commitment Sunday, a sacred moment when we will turn in our pledge cards as an expression of trust and faithfulness. On that day, we will stand together as a community, declaring with our gifts that we belong fully to God, and that we are ready to be faithful in everything.
